Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Times - ALL orders ship out via USPS Monday morning through Friday morning. We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons and weekends, we may take up to 2 business days to ship.

Tracking - Tracking info is sent via email once your order is shipped out. If tracking shows an error, you can't seem to track it or there's a delay in delivery, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you! If a package states 'DELIVERED' and you cannot locate it, it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS. We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, stolen packages, or packages sent to the wrong address that was entered by the customer at checkout. Please verify address BEFORE submitting your order.

Return/Exchange Shipping - We are not responsible for shipping costs on returns.
ALL Sale items are a FINAL SALE. No returns or exchange.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Shipping Your Return/Exchange - All return shipping fees are at the responsibility of the customer. Ship back within 10 business days of the delivery date.
Return/Exchange Requirements and Limitations - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and damage free with tag attached. If you feel like you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

Returning for an exchange - We cannot provide holds due to limited stock & availability. Please email us which item you're interested in and we will check availability once your return is received.

Processing Times - Returns are processed within 5 business days and you will be notified via email once processed. Returns that do not meet our requirements will be sent back at your own expense.
